From my pont of view, they should just finish with MadWifi ticket 1192 and bring that into the mainline. As my device pci:168c:001c requires that very much :>

muwlgr: my pci:168c:001c works fine with the ath5k driver in 2.6.27-rc kernels. (Well, modulo some glitch sometime after resume). Have you tried that one?
