I'd like to be able to record long periods of video from a webcam (birdfeeder cam, home security cam, etc.) and review/edit it later, but also be able to see the "live feed" from anywhere, maybe by tapping in and encoding to mjpeg and feeding through a web server.

So I think a "frame server" is a great idea.
