Fedora distributes new keys

Seth is far too pretty for the Old Nick.

I'm not seeing where this is at all contentious. As I've said before, if RH and Fedora haven't earnt some slack here, then no-one can. The flip side to 'community' is 'sound governance', so let them get on with it.
