Heh. It is still crashy as hell. And I feel it should have a feature of saving single frames (other than grabbing screenshots by external tools). But it may be buried somewhere in its controls. Overfeatured monster be-all end-all tool like MS Word.

It is actually easy to save single frames, at least in version 3. You just have the in-point and out-point commands (the [ and ] buttons) to select your frame, and then render it.

Was my experience here as well, kept crashing, or completely locking itself
up. Sent it to /dev/null.
