VIA releases open source Xorg driver: Forking the english language documentation

i think most countries (governed in language X) of sufficently ample means offer some kind of free night school courses to learn X as a second language. they would improve this service by offering the learning materials online. if you lived just across the border, you would be welcome to attend these courses, but why not, then, offer at least some online materials for neighbors too distant to commute to the free class. there is no decent reason to avoid this conclusion, open source should be extended to language learning materials.
