The WSJX Days are uniquely designed to integrate three fundamental
components in Enterprise IS development. Each event will feature two
conference tracks -- JAVA and XML-- with presentations from leading
organizations.
Complimenting the presentations will be a demonstration area running throughout the course of the day.
The days will also feature case studies and technical tutorials running in
parallel.
Of special emphasis will be e-Government -- XML and Java are the technology of choice for e-Government. Each WSJX will have a dedicated workshop on e-Government focusing which will focus on initiatives and solutions.
The central premise of the events is grounded in the idea that the Web
Services revolution is populated with an assortment of small pieces of code, all of which can be published, found, and invoked across the Web.
For IT organizations and end users, Web Services make possible new ways of thinking about the enterprise, working with partners and suppliers, and doing business over the Web. The transition to XML and Web Services is picking up speed, and Java, specifically J2EE are positioned as the language of choice.
The WSJX Days are uniquely designed to integrate three fundamental
components in Enterprise development.
