It is. This is terrific news, I think Redhat scored big with this one.
Lets not forget their other products either. Such as 'Solid ICE' for running thin clients that connect to virtual machines.
It'll be interesting to see if anything happens with that.

License for SPICE Posted Sep 4, 2008 19:35 UTC (Thu) by dmarti (subscriber, #11625) [Link] If previous RHT acquisitions are any guide, it's likely that they'll open source the "SPICE" implementation (which they claim is like RDP, only fast enough to handle video.)
