Uh, the whole thing is open source, so they are not only publishing back their improvements to Webkit, but everything else as well! If the Firefix community wants to put V8 into their browser, they are welcome to do so. As for C/C++, what would be your guess on which language Brian Kernighan or Ken Thompson use for system programming nowadays?
