exciting stuff.

Its a GIF animation. You probably have them disabled...

They're disabled, filtered out by my caching proxy and blocked in every
other way I know how. It took a while to disable it, but yes, this is sort of like vigor would be if it could take control of the entire OS, i.e. if it were as evil as Clippy. :)
