NOTES FOR UBUNTU USERS

You must install libogg-dev and libvorbis-dev and
libmad-dev and after compile sox from this address
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sox/sox-14.0.1.tar.gz?...

because on Ubuntu sox is compiled without ogg
support and SMILE need it ;-)
