RH is the biggest single commercial contributor to GNU/Linux; only problem is that RH is not mentioned in that paragraph. OTOH Canonical open sources all the infrastructure projects of its distro just like RH; it "just" happens that RH, as a better established company than Canonical, has better established projects with more visibility and following.
