(Disclosure: I am the Kolab coordinator, which used KDE Kontact as main native client.) As for problem reports, the enterprise35 and enterprise4 lines of KDE Kontact are geared towards enterprise use (suprise) and reports in the PIM functionality for Kolab are also welcome at www.kolab.org where we appreciate well written problem reports.
