A look at the PyPy 2.0 release
After a couple of years of slow development, and pretty poor performance, Theora is now getting a real shot in the arm with the 'Thusnelda' project. Robert O'Callahan linked to the last in a fascinated series of illustrated diary entries from Monty. They are well worth reading in full, and show absolutely huge improvements in the quality of Theora encoded videos.
