PaXTeam has a valid point that is not being addressed despite his repeating himself many
times: why don't kernel update messages mention security issues where they clearly exist? In
this case, why "STRONGLY" urge users to upgrade if there's no security issue, and if there is
a security issue (which clearly there is), why not say so? In previous cases even the strong
upgrade message was missing.
Was PaXTeam unpleasant in tone in his first posting? Which was it?
Rather than criticise his tone one should ask why there is no response from the kernel team.
