Stable kernel 2.6.25.11
I was very excited last year to read an article here about how Linux 2.6.25 was finally going to give us the skinny on how much memory our applications are really using.
Now that 2.6.25 has been out for a while, I'd hoped to see new tools, and perhaps the integration of the proposed metrics (PSS and USS) into existing tools such as htop. The only tool I've been able to find is linked to from the original LWN.net article, but does not not look to be actively maintained.
Does anyone out there know of any new tools using these new capabilities of the 2.6.25 kernel, or the status of integrating this functionality into any of our old favourites?
