udev 124 release

Here comes a new udev version. Thanks to all who have contributed to

Fix cdrom_id to properly recognize blank media.

udev 123

Bugfixes.

Tape drive id-data is queried from /dev/bsg/* instead of the tape
nodes. This avoids rewinding tapes on open().
