OpenOffice.org annual conference update

Planning is now well under way for the OpenOffice.org Annual Conference
(OOoCon 2008) which will be held in Beijing, China between 5th-7th
November 2008.

First announcement: OOoCon 2008 now has an official logo! - visit the
conference web site http://marketing.openoffice.org/ooocon2008 to see the
exciting new image.

Potential speakers: there is still time to submit your proposals for a
paper at OOoCon 2008. Following a replan by the organisers, you now have
until 18th July to submit your proposal.

Finally, the organisers are now actively seeking sponsors for the
conference. If your organisation, company, public administration, etc
would like to show its support for OOo in a very public way, now is your
opportunity.
