We wouldn't want to provide "available by default" UI for a feature that only people with broken print setups would use. Someone could write an extension though. This PDF output extension might work for you if you can post-process the PDF. It probably only needs slight tweaks to make it output PS instead. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5971
