You can't please everybody, but making the browser work consistently
with the underlying platform is the right thing to do.
And if your underlying platform is KDE/Qt instead of gtk? (Not that mine is, but there are a significant number of Linux users who use KDE.)
Breaking formerly-working code and making formerly-fast code slow
is never the "right thing to do".
