I want to know if JWZ thinks that SQLite in FF3 is an improvement over his original history DB

Well, SQLite has to be an improvement over the brain-dead database-like format they were using before, called mork

*Anything* is an improvement over mork. Stone tablets transferred via 
RFC1149 are an improvement over mork. (It should have been called 'hork'.)
