The relevant changelog entry can be found at <http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/o/openssl...>. It is: * Move the modified rand/md_rand.c file to the right place, really fixing #363516. This is a fix for the bug at <http://bugs.debian.org/363516>.
