It's worse than that. Even the homepage only says that it `downloads and installs plugins'. Plugins for what? How? (There is an `About' page which makes things marginally clearer, but I still have no idea why I'd want an asynchronous background plugin downloader. How many plugins do you normally download, anyway?)
