That annoying phrase near the end of the quote gets my vote for expurgation from the language
forever.  I tend to downgrade the quality rating of any source I hear using it... not fair,
maybe, but that's my own neurosis I guess. :)

Also, to contribute something on topic, I don't know if it would be too smart to make a single
point of failure with this solution... I'd rather keep my routers a little bit separated from
my applications.
