Heh, I loved Wesley Snipes "hacking" retinal scanner in Demolition Man... My favorite sci-fi book "Limes Inferior" by J. Zajdel (1982) had "glove makers" - criminals stripping victims hand skin to access fingerprint guarded "key/wallet" (unfortunately book were not translated to english). Lets hope biometrics won't be implemented in everyday's use...
