6 new sections in the archive

Hi,

The following new sections were recently added to the archive:

 o embedded
 o gnome
 o kde
 o libdevel
 o perl
 o python

'embedded' was added in response to the recently added opie packages;
but there's more that can be moved there.  The other new sections were
added to help reduce the size of some of the biggest sections in the
archive: 'gnome' and 'kde' are designed to help split up 'x11'.
'libdevel' is for library development packages
(i.e. lib*-{dbg,dev,pic}) and almost halves the size of 'devel'.  And
finally, 'perl' and 'python' are designed to help split up
'interpreters'.

Packages have already been automatically migrated to 'libdevel',
'perl' and 'python'.  'gnome' and 'kde' have been hand-picked by
victim^Wvolunteer gnome/kde folks.  The gnome list may well be a
little false-positive heavy, please yell (at us) if your package was
moved there incorrectly.  Suggestions for packages to go to 'embedded'
would be welcome.

Please don't make uploads simply to change the section but rather
update them the next time you do an upload (for another reason).
