Description:
 [b]LilyKDE[/b] is a set of tools to integrate the
LilyPond music typesetter into KDE.

It currently consists of:
*a Kate plugin that can run LilyPond for you,
embedding a PDF preview right into Kate and other
nice things.
*A textedit:// service so you can click on the
notes in the preview (or any other PDF viewer) and
have Kate jump to the correct position
*Powerful LilyPond syntax highlighting (already
part of KDE)
*An icon and mimetype for *.ly files
*A Konqueror service menu and little helper app
(right click some .ly files and select "Convert to
PDF")

LilyKDE depends on KDE 3.5.x, Python, PyQt, PyKDE
and Pate. The links are on the homepage and in the
README. Older versions can also be downloaded from
the homepage. Please enjoy LilyKDE and report bugs

 0.4.9: New Konqueror service menu to convert .ly
files to PDF, with a nice little helper app that
shows a log with clickable error messages (if
there were errors). License change to GPL (except
the syntax highlighting, that remains LGPL)
