Basically it is kopate video config dialog with one additional feature, saving image to file. It going to be cheese clone(witch is photo booth clone). There is tar.gz file witch contains source + ubuntu package(build for hardy but maybe works in gutsy with kde4) If anybody is interested in this kind of app please write comments. I changed default brightness and hue to minimum(in kopate it is in the middle) and this improved image quality from my both webcams.
