'Recently released'? 4.3.0 isn't released yet, according to both gcc.gnu.org and ftp.gnu.org.

It's on gcc.gnu.org, it hasn't hit ftp.gnu.org yet because of several issues (including the appropriate person being on vacation).In any case, it's out there and final, so any change would need a new version number.
