No, that's Eclipse.

In some instances, it even comes with a whole bunch of application servers (JBoss, Geronimo,
and others) *included*, to be able to integrate them smoothly in the IDE. When one uses that,
it has a footprint of 1.2--2 GB main memory just for starting the application, without any
project loaded. It's only usable in systems with *lots* of main memory.
