I think you would need to come up with some new programming language syntax that encapsulates the special conventions of quajects and the locking primitives (sort of how Occam encapsulates the CSP-style synchronization primitives of the Transputer), doing all the bookkeeping and self-modifying code invisibly for you. Without a higher-level language to write programs in you presumably are left with hand-edited and fragile assembly-language code...
