I'm not sure whether to thank you or curse you for posting this fascinating article (and
linking to the thesis). I've been infected now. I'm not going to be able to write hardly
anything in future without borrowing ideas from this.

I shall have to spread the pain by telling everyone I have ever met about it. :)
