Sure, 'yum install thunar-volman' and then fire up Thunar, then go to 'Edit' -> 'Preferences'
-> 'Advanced', and enable 'Enable Volume Management' and then click on 'configure'.
You can get thunar-volman to do all sorts of things on removal drives and media.

Thanks! Works like a chump! The thunar_volman gui is pretty woofy, but it does the job :). And it came up with all the removable media auto-mount stuff already configured. This is pretty important for me, as I sneakernet my work backups home on the pen drive. I'll assume the lack of thunar_volman in Fedora's default pup Xfce package is an oversight. Hope they fix it!
