Eye of GNOME 2.21.90

Hi,

This is the first beta and second to last release of Eye of GNOME (EOG)
in the 2.21 series before the 2.22 release. Besides two fixes that
should make it behave nicer to your computer, it contains a few smaller
bugfixes and lots of updated translations.

?* What is it ?

Eye of GNOME (EOG) is the image viewer for the GNOME desktop.

Misc improvements/fixes:

  * Convert remaining help manuals over to g-d-u (Felix Riemann)
  * Reuse the loaded image's data to create the thumbnail if it 
    doesn't exist (Claudio Saavedra)

Bug fixes:

  #322728, Add support for --disable-scrollkeeper (Felix Riemann)
  #511393, Tooltip could be more precise (Felix Riemann)
  #512626, eog 2.20.4 crashes on some jpeg files when there's a loaded 
           color profile (Felix Riemann)
  #515250, EOG slow, locks up system on bitonal TIFF (Claudio Saavedra)
