ANNOUNCE: gcalctool v5.21.91 (stable).

Gcalctool is the default GNOME desktop calculator.

It has Basic, Advanced, Financial and Scientific modes. Internally it
uses multiple precision arithmetic to produce results to a high degree
of accuracy.

This release is for GNOME 2.21.91.

Thanks to Robert Ancell, Sami Pietila, Luca Ferretti and 
Tommi Vainikainen for their help with this release.

    * Change Help->Help menu to Help->Contents to match HIG (Bug #514812)

    * Fix for bug #515326 - translation issues

    * Unmark bitcalculating strings for translation (Bug #515326)
      Change help menu shortcut from Ctrl+H to F1 to match HIG (Bug #514812)

    * Remove help/it/Makefile, switching to gnome-doc-utils
