A few other good programs whose author wanted to have the final say on their usage is qmail and the rest of the djb programs. Great programs. But never got properly integrated. Well, if you can get away with "all problems are the platform's fault alone" and do not allow distributing modified versions, your software isn't going to integrate anywhere...
