Filter Rules should be stored in IMAP server

I'm not sure if it's an IMAP capability, but currently the filter rules are stored in the
client. Obviously if I want to run the mail filters from different systems, I'd need to
replicate the rules manually each time.
It should really be stored on the IMAP server.
