Status
======

We are in Stage 3 and the trunk is open for regression and documentation
fixes only. When we reach zero open P1 regressions, we will create a
release candidate for 4.3.0, branch and announce the opening of Stage 1
for 4.4.

Quality Data
============

Significant progress has been made during the last week; In particular
we reached the 100 open regressions goal and went into regression and
documentation fixes only mode.

Priority # Change from Last Report
--------    --   -----------------------
P1           2    - 10
P2          88    +  2
P3           2    -  1
-----       --   -----------------------
Total       92    -  9

Most progress has been achieved on the number of P1 bugs, who are
the only blockers of the 4.3.0 release now. Thanks for all people
working on these. If the pace fixing bugs continues as in the
last two weeks I expect we can do a release candidate early in
February.

There are still 40 P4 and 91 P5 regressions against the trunk, which
can be still fixed before the 4.3.0 release. But please watch for
the announcement of trunk going into a freeze before the eventual
release of a release candidate.
