It depends on pyqt4 and xlockmore, please refer to README in package. It locks the screen every X(you can setup X by yourself) minutes. When the screen is locked, you can just go around somewhere, chating with your colleague, or just have a cup of tea. Let's work healthily.:) After you have enough break, you can unlock it at anytime you want by typing you login password. The program just calls "xlock" to lock and unlock you screen. [i]xlock is a widely used opensource screensaver program.
