It seems like you've generalized Amdahl's Law so much that it says 'you can't please all of the people all of the time', or something like that. To be a 'law' it needs a quantitative definition - do you have one? From a quick search I can't see anyone using Amdahl's Law in any sense other than the limits of speeding up a computation.
