gnome-control-center 2.21.4

Hi all

Since Rodrigo has some Internet connectivity issues, I am releasing (a
bit late) gnome-control-center 2.21.4.
If there is anything missing in the tarballs - put all your blame on
me (never released g-c-c so far).

The changes are as follows:

about-me:
- Add a translation hint (Jens Granseuer)

window:

common:
- Don't even try to open NULL filenames, and don't leak filenames when
  detecting recursions (Jens Granseuer)
- Printing NULL strings crashes on Solaris so don't do that (Brian
Cameron) (bug #501391)
