Hm, if you want to post a bunch of howto articles, a blog does seem to be the absolute worst
format to present them in.

Blogs are not to bad. 

The nice thing about them is that it makes RSS feeds for updates and new tutorials easy to do
and it makes it easy for regular users to see what is new.

Then to counter-act the nature of the blog to make old information hard to find you have the
text of the howto also located in a Wiki or other type of website with a logical layout to
make it easy for people to browse around.

The URLs are important also. They should be easy to use and link and such, and newer tutorials
should link to older ones that they build off of.
