Jon, I have the exact same problem and have been putting it off for years. I GREATLY
appreciate reading about your experience as I'd rather put my free time to a more fruitful
use. Maybe I will have to just buy/build a MythTV box some day. The last time I looked at
paying someone to transfer the video I began a coughing fit.
