ANNOUNCE: gcalctool v5.21.3 (hopefully stable).

Gcalctool is the default GNOME desktop calculator.

It has Basic, Advanced, Financial and Scientific modes. Internally it
uses multiple precision arithmetic to produce results to a high degree
of accuracy.

This release is for GNOME 2.21.3.

Thanks to Robert Ancell and Sami Pietila  for their help with this release.


Changes since the last gcalctool version (5.21.2):

    * Added a "Reset to Default" accuracy menu item (bug #488542).

    * When the bit calculation extension is enabled, a message now appears
      in the status bar.

    * Fixed bug #500060 - Twiddling bits 32-63 in bitcalculation extension 
      produces incorrect results.

    * Fixed bug #367731 - [doc] Update documentation for bit calculating 
      extension.

    * Fixed bug 500029 - Clearing a bit in the bitcalculating extension, 
      sets the display to zero.

    * Trim pasted text on newlines, replace tabs with spaces (Bug #488796).

      Clears Calculation.
