Memory part 7: Memory performance tools

It would be nice if subscribers could get these articles as nice pdf, one 
for each part or also all parts together with a TOC, which would actually 
make almost a book.

The "Printable page" link is not that good, it still has the comments at 
the bottom and the links at the top.

Ulrich plans to release a PDF of the entire document after the whole thing has been serialized here (only one installment to go!).

I've been waiting for the end of this series to present it to more indepth programming friends of mine (I just work in scripting languages).

Like a lot of the kernel stuff, I appreciate that LWN is actively covering these things, even though it doesn't directly benefit me.
