When I read this, it raised a bunch of questions -- what if the UID hasn't run any processes yet? What if a new UID shows up and you want to apply a default policy? But then I did a quick google search and it seems it's already been considered and taken care of.

Of course on most distros we'll probably have to use a one-liner udev rule 
to hand the uevents on to a script like that.
