Stable kernel 2.6.23 released

The 2.6.23 kernel has been released after somewhat more than the usual number of test releases. For those just tuning in, 2.6.23 includes the CFS CPU scheduler, the fallocate() system call, a new generic SCSI driver, some memory fragmentation avoidance work, SMP guest support in KVM, the UIO user-space driver framework, Lguest, and much more. See the KernelNewbies 2.6.23 page for vast amounts of information or the long-format changelog for the full list of changesets in 2.6.23.

Well, they'd need to integrate to 2.6.22, but still, it's not a huge patch. Maybe they'll do it in the backports repository, I'll ask around, Thanks!

BTW, this is the patch they'd need I think ...

Anyone makes any sense weather it will be ready for GoboLinux? I can't find anything absolute in the forums.
