76 DAYS TO GO
We have made some great progress in the last month towards the
planning of the GCC Developer's Summit and we would like to keep
everyone up to date. Community support so far has been excellent
and we hope to see you all at the Summit. We do need your help
to get the work out to everyone who 'should' be at the event,
the community is highly diverse and reaching everyone difficult.
PAPER PRESENTATIONS
We now have a number of confirmed paper presenations addressing
the internals of the various compilers. We are still looking for
GJC, G++, and ObjC related content, specifically presentations
aimed at the users of the tools.
TUTORIALS & MEETINGS
We are looking for people who would be able to run informative
tutorials on various compiler internals as well as GCC, GJC, G++,
GDB and Binutils usage and other related technologies.
Rooms are also available for working group meetings to address
issues of interest to the future of any part of the GNU Compiler
Collection. If you would like to plan a meeting please let us
know ASAP.
REGISTRATION
Response has been excellent from the community but we would like
to get as many confirmed registrations in the database as soon as
possible. The current cost is for early registrations, after May
1st the price will double.
As always we welcome questions, comments, and offers of assistance
to ajh@gccsummit.org, your input is key to making this a great
and useful event for everyone.
