Who is "Head Bubba"? Is he a kernel developer? I never heard of him.

He's real, and listed on the 2006 Credit Suisse list of promotions to VP. The Linux Foundation has a PDF of the paper he presented. He presented at the summits customer forum.

Takes a bit to get used to his "first impression". He's really quite good at getting down to "what matters". I like him.
