Compatibility release for inputproto 1.4.

Alan Coopersmith (3):
      Replace references to XFree86/XF86Config in man page
      renamed: .cvsignore -> .gitignore
      Move from TSCalibrationCtl to AbsCalibCtl - requires inputproto >= 1.4.1

Brice Goglin (1):
      Define CITOUCH_VERSION* using PACKAGE_VERSION*

Tilman Sauerbeck (3):
      Bumped version to 2.2.1.
      Added some more patterns to .gitignore.
      Generate ChangeLog from git.
