ISA PnP support in 2.6

Question: Wouldn't 2.6 be a good occation to drop this stupid ISA PnP
support?

I mean, it doesn't work as smoth as it should, is huge bunch of old code
and virtually nobody needs it (well, at least not those people who will
be able to use 2.6)
